You may request a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition in which you received them.

- Item(s) must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
- Final sale items, personalized/custom items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
